How does the Cardinal Refinance Program work?

If a mortgage broker is unable to find a lender for a client because of their bad credit and they are in danger of losing their home, we can help by purchasing their home and renting it back to them while they repair their credit. We use the equity from their home to erase their consumer debt. We also refer clients to accredited debt reduction specialists or credit counselors. After three years, the client is expected to be in a position to secure their own mortgage through their broker, and buy their home back from us.
